All the knee jerk reactives, yea I see it every day Has the preacher lost his tongue, at heaven’s gate And the wounded under feet, well they’re crying out for more The lions just had their fill, I hear them roar In rising tides, the hollow pride, Some things are better left to fall apart So many voices I can hear, and they’re talking all at once Sounds like the worst song, I’ve ever heard I try to make it stop, but it’s chaos out there Wolves come clutching at my heals, and I’m cornered Words may change, as we turn the page Some things are better left to fall apart The darker shine, of the dying sun Some things are better left to fall apart Memories are turning in on me, but there’s no looking back Way past the point of no return, time’s up! When all the heads, are facing away Some things are better left to fall apart To future days, when panic reigns Some things are better left to fall apart There’ll be no time, at the end of the line Some things are better left to fall apart

Ride 03:56
Fallen leaves, cover the tracks You can take direction, but you can’t come back And change is coming Jump on board the moving train Hang on to your soul now sister It’s gonna be a bumpy ride Hang on to your soul now brother Sometimes you have to look inside Through the tunnels, over bridges There’s always a storm, about to blow An unmarked car, might block your way So change direction No one told you it was gonna be easy Hang on to your soul now sister It’s gonna be a bumpy ride Hang on to your soul now brother Sometimes you have to look inside Through the tunnels, over bridges Hang on to your soul now sister It’s gonna be a bumpy ride Hang on to your soul now brother Sometimes you have to look inside Through the tunnels, over bridges

Who was it said, I gotta broaden my view And who pocked fun, at the narrow minded And now you’re so closed off, from all around you Just splashing around, in the shallow pool Running with your blinkers on Flying with tunnel vision You’re never gonna get the big picture Picking up one channel Tuned to the same old You’re never gonna get the big picture I long for the days, we were out in the sun Lying on our backs, seeing the big sky Did someone come along, to narrow your field Did something happen, to shrink your world Running with your blinkers on Flying with tunnel vision You’re never gonna get the big picture Picking up one channel Tuned to the same old You’re never gonna get the big picture

Keep on pushing while you can, all the fools have got their way All the lines they have told you, is night becoming day All the silk and magic rhyme, The deception of a moving staircase When the silence fills the air, there’s a coldness in the calm All the corners they are cutting, no one sounds the alarm So untrue becomes the norm And you never know which way to turn Leave it behind, leave it behind You should be okay, you should be okay Leave it behind, leave it behind Smile and walk away, smile and walk away, hey All the words never said, blanks to stoke the fear Then the loaded reflection, a cry that never tears Well it’s just another way That could land you in an endless maze Leave it behind, leave it behind You should be okay, you should be okay Leave it behind, leave it behind Smile and walk away, smile and walk away, hey Come on, they’ll never catch us now, never catch us now!…

Out Of Touch 03:40
Find love find the truth It’s easy to say that I’ll contact you again In the future It rains on the fallow field Stains of flowers on the path Try to see it how it is Before you sink too low When the heart aches too much Don’t be out of touch I’ll stay right here You will move on From new friends to old friends People are strange And if that coffee’s overdue It will keep for a better time And all the books I leant to you I’ll never get them back Well I hope you don’t cry - those special tears Well I hope you don’t cry - those special tears Well I hope you don’t cry - those special tears Well I hope you don’t cry… When the heart aches too much Don’t be out of touch
